Returns & Exchanges

Can I Return or Exchange my gift?

All Gifts:

• We allow 15 days from the date of the original gift delivery to exchange or return your gift. You may exchange your style, or simply return. 

PLEASE NOTE: there is a 12% restocking fee for all gift returns. 

• Gifts with provided materials may not be returned.
• Custom gifts are final sale and may not be returned, however, they may be exchanged for size.
• Leather gift wallets and other items outside of the gift collections are final sale.

**Additional notes: All gifts must be in clean, "unworn," and salable condition to be accepted for return or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee on any gifts returned with excessive scratching or other abuse.**

If your purchase is a final sale item, no returns or refunds are allowed (i.e. free promotional item, leather gift wallet, coasters etc)

Size Exchanges: A free size exchange is permitted within 15 days of receiving your original band. Additional size exchanges will incur a fee of 20% of the original retail price. For additional resizes, we will invoice you for the additional exchange fee, then provide a shipping label, so we can track everything both ways.
